Sanaa foils suicide terrorist operations

SANAA, July. 27 (YPA) – Ministry of the Interior in Sana’a announced the failure of 7 suicide terrorist operations that almost targeted citizens in the capital, Sana’a, and several provinces during the past month of Hijri 1444 AH.

In a statement, the ministry since said 137 members of the al-Qaeda and ISIS organizations were arrested, and 214 explosive devices were seized, which were intended to target the lives of citizens.

The Ministry confirmed the arrest of 63 members assigned by the coalition to carry out monitoring operations for the movements of the army and security forces.

The statement also managed to seize 472 organized criminal gangs that practiced various crimes.
