Dengue fever kills children in Taiz

TAIZ, July. 23 (YPA) – A large number of citizens, including children, have been inflicted with the dengue fever and German measles epidemic spreading in the city of Mocha of Taiz province for the past few days.

Hospitals in the cities of Al-Khokha, Mawza, Al-Waza’ia and Dhubab also recorded cases of malaria and German measles among children.

This coincides with another outbreak of water diarrhoea in the coastal cities, which are under the control of armed factions led by the leadership of the UAE-backed Tariq Saleh, the nephew of the former president Ali Abdullah Saleh.
