SANAA, July. 13 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology expected on Thursday that Yemen would witness rainfall in a number of provinces.
In its weather forecast, the center said that the rains may prevail over various areas of the provinces of Raymah, Dhamar, Ibb, Taiz, Dhalea, Bayda, Shabwa, Lahj and Abyan, in addition, the light to moderate rains in parts of Saada, Amran, Hajjah, Mahweet, Sanaa, Hadramout and Mahra.
The center indicated that the weather may be hot in the deserts and internal plateaus, with the maximum temperatures ranging between 39-44 degrees Celsius.
“The weather will be hot and humid in the coastal plains and regions, with temperatures reaching between 34-40 degrees Celsius,” the center added.
It warned citizens of hot and sweltering weather in deserts, inland plateaus, as well as coastal plains.
