Sanaa sets condition for resuming export of Yemen’s oil

SANAA, June 27 (YPA) – The Deputy Foreign Minister in the Sanaa government, Hussein al-Ezzi, considered that America, Britain and France were disturbed because Sanaa prevented the theft of oil and gas wealth from Yemen.

“Sanaa will allow the export of oil as soon as there is a mechanism that guarantees its revenues for the benefit of our dear people,” Al-Ezzi said, in a tweet on his Twitter account, in response to a joint statement issued by ambassadors of America, Britain and France on Tuesday.

The statement accused Sanaa government of undermining the economy in the country because of the ban on exporting oil.

Al-Ezzi noted that the statement only expresses their personal annoyance at “the cessation of their usual share of theft.”
