President Al-Mashat meets secretary of capital, Sanaa

SANAA, June 21 (YPA) – The President Mehdi Al-Mashat, chairman of the Supreme Political Council, met on Wednesday with the secretary of the capital, Sanaa, Hammoud Abbad.

During the meeting, they discussed the progress of service and development performance in the capital’s municipality, the level of implementation of its plans and projects for the current year, the difficulties faced by the workflow, solutions and remedies to overcome them.

The meeting reviewed aspects related to the implementation of water and sanitation projects, restoration and maintenance of damaged roads, improving services provided to citizens and alleviating their suffering, as well as activating community initiatives.

He also touched upon the efforts made to improve hygiene services and repair roads despite the scarcity of resources as a result of aggression and the looting of the country’s oil and gas wealth by mercenaries.
