Saudi Arabia summons Hadrami leaders ahead of event by pro-UAE factions

HADRAMOUT, May 20 (YPA) – Saudi Arabia mobilized on Saturday all its cards in Hadramout province, eastern Yemen, and summoned a number of Hadhrami leaders during the past hours.

This comes ahead of an upcoming event by the UAE-affiliated factions, most notably the Southern Transitional Council (STC) factions in Mukalla city, which angered Riyadh.

According to media reports, two Saudi planes have moved to transfer officials from Mukalla, led by Governor of Hadramout Mabkhout bin Madhi, while another will transport the leaders of the reference forces, the Hadramout tribes’ alliance, and the Hadramout Inclusive Conference from Seyoun city.
