Civil Defence team extinguishes huge fire in Sanaa

SANAA, May 12 (YPA) – A team of Civil Defence Authority in Sanaa put out a fire that broke out in a two-storey house in the village of Al-Ghail, Hamedan district, Sanaa province.

In a statement, the authority indicated that the cause of the fire being still under investigation.

Meanwhile, another team extinguished a fire that erupted also in the house of a citizen in the Bustan al-Sultan neighborhood, next to Qubbat al-Mahdi mosque into the old Sanaa.

An official source in the authority explained that the fire was caused by children playing with fire “negligence”, and there were no human losses.

The authority renewed its call to always adhere to security and public safety measures and self-protection to prevent various risks.
