25 tons of smuggled medicines destroyed in Taiz

TAIZ, March 17 (YPA) – About 25 tons of smuggled and expired medicines were destroyed on Thursday in the province of Taiz.

Nabil Al-Numaili, a director of Al-Rahda Customs center, explained that the destruction process was carried out in accordance with law and order, and in the presence of representatives of the concerned authorities.

He stressed that the center would spare no effort in performing its duties in seizing expired and smuggled goods that are not authorized to enter the country.
