US lawmaker accuses President Biden of violating constitution over military aid to Ukraine

WORLD, Feb. 28 (YPA) – Marjorie Taylor Green, a member of the US House of Representatives, said that President Joe Biden’s actions on aiding Ukraine are unconstitutional

She tweeted: “It is unconstitutional for the President of the United States and part of Congress to fund, arm, provide training and assistance for war, which are all going to war, without full Congressional approval to go to war.”

The Republican lawmaker stressed, ” Ukraine is not a NATO ally nor a democracy, far from it.”
