Coal-fired heater kills whole family in Sanaa

SANAA, Feb. 23 (YPA) – A family members died in the capital Sanaa on Thursday due to suffocation due to smoke rising from a coal-fired heater, in an unfortunate incident.

Local sources said that the citizens found the young Bandar Taher Saeed Al-Sharabi, an owner of the Green Brigade Bakery in Sanaa, died with his wife and children, inside their house in Mathbah area.

According to the sources, the Al-Sharabi family members died as a result of suffocation from smoke from the coal-fired heater they used while sleeping.
