Human-rights ministry holds press conference on humanitarian situation in Hodeidah

SANAA, June 30 (YPA) – The Yemeni ministry of human-rights held on Saturday a press conference in the capital Sanaa on the humanitarian conditions in Hodeidah province, under the slogan ” Escalation in Hodeidah aim to cut the artery, which supply the Yemeni People.

In the conference, Human-rights minister Alia Al-Shabi called on Media means to report the facts on the size of drama in Hodeidah, which witness currently escalation by the US-backed Saudi-led coalition.

An report on the humanitarian situation in Hodeidah was examined.

The report confirmed that this escalation by coalition, imposing all-out block on Yemen all, these acts are opposing to the humanitarian charter and international law.

The ministry called in a statement on the humanitarian organization to make more efforts to alleviate the effects of the war on Yemen, and provide urgent humanitarian aid to the internally displaced people( IDPs).

It urged the Security Council of the Unites Nations to stop immediately the war of the coalition aggression \on Yemen.
