Cold weather to be expected to get on within coming hours

SANAA, Jan. 31(YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology is expected cold weather in a number of provinces of Yemen during the coming 24 hours.

The center indicated in its weather forecast on Tuesday that the weather will be cold in the provinces of Saada, Amran, Sanaa, Dhamar, Bayda, Dhalea, Hadramout, Shabwa, Abyan, Lahj, Taiz and Ibb.

It also expected active winds, with a maximum speed of 35 knots, over the southern Red Sea and the entrance to Bab al-Mandab.

The center warned citizens in cold provinces to take the necessary precautions against the cold weather.
