Meteorology expects cold weather to continue in various provinces

SANAA, Jan. 13 (YPA) – National Center of Meteorology is expected cold and relatively cold weather in a number of provinces, with sporadic rain during the next 24 hours.

In its daily weather bulletin, the center stated that cold weather would hit the provinces of Saada, Amran, Sanaa, Dhamar, Bayda, Ibb,Dhalea, Lahj, Shabwa, Abyan and Hadramout.

It is possible that water mist and fog may form in parts of Hajjah, Mahweet, Dhamar, Raymah, Dhalea, Ibb and Taiz.

Active winds is to be also expected to blow on the south of the western coast and the entrance to Bab al-Mandab, with a maximum speed of 30 knots.

The center called on citizens in cold areas to them to take necessary precautions against the weather.
