Cold wave continues to sweep several provinces within coming

SANAA, Dec. 20 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology announced continuing a cold wave in most provinces of Yemen.

In its weather bulletin on Wednesday, the center pointed that the wave would hit the provinces of Amran, Dhamar, Sanaa, Bayda, Saada, Jawf and Marib, Hadramout, Shabwa, Abyan, Dhalea, Ibb and Raymah.

It was mentioned that active to strong winds, with a maximum speed of 28 knots, will blow the southwest coast and the entrance to Bab al-Mandab.

The center warned citizens, in those provinces, and travelers to them, of the extremely cold weather, calling for taking the necessary precautions.
