SANAA, Nov. 06 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology expected a clear and cold atmosphere in most Yemeni provinces on Sunday.
The center indicated in its weather bulletin that the weather would be clear to partly cloudy with scattered rain falling on the provinces of Hajjah, Mahweet, Ibb Bayda, Dhamar, Sanaa, Amran, Saada, Shabwa, Abyan, Lahj, Dhalea.
It affirmed that winds are moderate to very fast ranging between 18-28 knots on the southern Red Sea, Bab al-Mandab entrance and western Gulf of Aden.
The center stated that the weather in the desert areas would be clear, with the moderate, active winds, while the atmosphere of the Socotra archipelago might be partly cloudy to cloudy with the possibility of scattered rain and winds ranging in speed between 08-18 knots.
It warned citizens, especially the elderly, children, patients and workers, during the night and early morning of the cold weather.
