Transitional Council imposes large royalties on motorcycles in Abyan

ABYAN, Oct. 11 (YPA) – The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council militias imposed unfair and large fees on motorcyclists, in light of the growing cases of poverty, a wave of rising prices, and the continued collapse of the local currency exchange rate in areas under the control of coalition forces.

According to an official document published by local media sources, an amount of one hundred thousand riyals was imposed from the Economic Committee of the ”Southern Transitional Council” support forces at Hassan Bridge Point on ten motorcycles.
