Al-Ezzi: UN envoy’s handling of false narratives of coalition prolongs Yemen war           

SANAA, Sept. 01 (YPA) – The Deputy Foreign Minister of the Sanaa government, Hussein Al-Ezzi, on Thursday affirmed that the UN envoy’s dealing with rumors and false narratives of Saudi-led coalition impedes peace in Yemen.

“Our opponents spread false accounts that they cannot prove, yet the envoy, the British ambassador, and others handling them as if they were axioms and facts and without any feeling of need for any scrutiny,” Al-Ezzi said in a tweet on his Twitter account.

He added “Although this pattern has become commonplace, it is a form of complicity in misleading the world and a direct cause of impeding peace and prolonging war.”
