President condolences on death of grand religious scholar Al-Wazir

SANAA, June 24 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat , sent a cable of condolences on the death of grand religious scholar /Ahmed bin Mohammed Othman al-Wazir, who passed away on Saturday at the age of ninety-nine.

In his cable, received by Yemen Press Agency ,the president said, “Offer our condolences to ourselves and all of his family in this great loss … Praying to God almighty to bestow his mercy and inspire us and you patience and fortitude “We surely belong to Allah and to Him we shall return”.
