Yemen Army repels infiltration attempt in  Asir

ASIR, June 23 (YPA) – The Yemen army on Saturday repelled an infiltration attempt of Saudi-backed militiamen in Asir border province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

Dozens of the militiamen were killed and injured during repelling their infiltration in front of Alb border crossing, said the official.

The apaches supported the infiltration with more than 10 strikes without archiving any progress.

Meanwhile, dozens of the militiamen were killed and wounded when the army carried out offensive in the west of Majaza.

The Saudi army and its armed forces have carried out dozens of attempts since mid-last month to restore Alb border crossing without any success.
