Armed clashes erupt in Lahj

LHAJ, Feb. 14 (YPA) – Armed clashes erupted on Monday between the UAE-funded Southern Transitional Council (STC)’s factions in Lahj province, south of Yemen.

Local sources affirmed that the clashes took place within the “Fourth Brigade” in Tawr Al Baha area, due to cutting the Emirati cash rewards by the brigade commander called “Wafi Al-Ghabs.”

The sources said that the confrontations extended to the main road linking Lahj and Taiz.
