Belarus-Russia joint exercises kick off

MOSCOW, Feb. 10 (YPA) – Russia on Thursday launched a joint Belarusian-Russian joint exercise as part of a surprise inspection of the Russian-Belarusian Federation’s rapid deterrence forces.

The exercises are taking place in Belarus in the field of joint exercises of the Belarusian armed forces.

“On February 10, as part of the second phase of the surprise inspection of the Federation’s rapid deterrence forces, the exercises of the Russian-Belarusian armed forces kicked off,” the Russian defense said in a statement.
