Islah militants attack checkpoint in Abyan, kidnap 2 officers of Amaliqa

ABYAN, Jan. 29 (YPA) – Islah militants attacked on Saturday a checkpoint and kidnapped two officers of Amaliqa troops in Al-Mahfad district of Abyan province, local sources said.

The sources said that Islah militiamen threw the colonel, Haitham Aatif and another officer in the middle of the road after they took their military vehicles, cellphones and weapons.
