Meteorology expects cold wave in coming hours

SANAA, Dec. 08 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology expected a cold wave targeting several provinces within the coming 24 hours.

In its weather bulletin, the center affirmed that the wave would focus on parts of the provinces of Saada, Amran, Sanaa, Dhamar, Bayda, Taiz, Lahj, Abyan, Shabwa, Hadramout, Jawf and Marib.

It warned citizens, especially the elderly, children, patients, workers during the night and early morning, and travelers to those provinces, to take the necessary precautions to prevent severe cold shocks.
