STC militia abduct protesters in Aden

ADEN, Dec. 04 (YPA) – The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC)’s militia on Saturday kidnapped a number of protesters in Yemen’s southern port city of Aden.

Human rights sources confirmed that the STC’s security belt forces arrested a number of protesters who took to the street to condemn the deteriorating economic situation and the collapse of the Yemeni riyal price in front of foreign currencies in Aden and the rest of the southern provinces, and took them to unknown destinations.

Angry popular protests extended from the district of Crater to Mansoura amid expectations protests overwhelmed the whole city of Aden.
