Meteorology warns of low temperatures in mountainous provinces

SANAA, Nov. 08 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology has warned of low temperatures in the mountainous provinces within the coming 24 hours.

The center expected, in its weather bulletin, that the weather would be clear and cold during the night and early morning in the provinces of Saada, Amran, Sanaa, Dhamar and Bayda, Ibb, Lahj and Dhalea.

The bulletin stated that the weather in the coastal areas would be clear to partly cloudy, with the possibility of cumulus clouds forming on scattered areas of the western coast, while it might be clear and relatively cold in the desert areas.

In the Socotra archipelago, the center indicated that the weather to be partly cloudy, and scattered rain with light to moderate winds.

The center alerted citizens, especially the elderly, children, school students and workers, during the night and early morning, from the cold weather.
