SANAA, Oct. 04 (YPA) – Al-Qaeda and ISIS members, backed by the Sauid-led coalition forces executed several war prisoners in Abdiya district of Marib province, tribal sources said.
The sources affirmed that al-Qaeda and ISIS elements slaughtered and cut a number of prisoners of Sanaa forces’ fighters in the district, coinciding with the escalation of the military collapse of the coalition forces.
Tribal sheikh Nasser Al-Wahbi said o Twitter that the bodies of a number of Sanaa forces’ prisoners were handed over in an exchange deal that appeared to be slaughtered, pointing out that these terrorist crimes are acts of al-Qaeda and ISIS.
Al-Wahbi added, “We know that the leaders of Al-Islah in Abdiya brought in terrorist elements and a number of deceived youths, trained in ISIS and Al-Qaeda camps.”
These crimes come in light of wide military progress made by the Yemeni army towards the city of Marib.
