Zionist occupation forces open fire at farmers in Gaza Strip

SANAA, Aug. 11 (YPA) –  The Zionist enemy forces on Wednesday opened fire towards farmers and their agricultural lands, east of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian News Agency (Wafa) stated that the enemy forces stationed in the military watchtowers and behind the sandy hills on the eastern border of Khan Yunis, fired towards groups of farmers while they were on their agricultural lands in Al-Fukhari area, east of Khan Yunis, and forced them to return to their homes, without being informed of any details. Injuries among farmers.

Farmers in the border areas east and north of the Gaza Strip suffer from daily targeting by the enemy with bullets and smoke and sound bombs, preventing them from reaching or cultivating their lands.
