Violent clashes erupt among Islah factions in Taiz

TAIZ, Jul. 08 (YPA) – Armed confrontations erupted on Thursday among two armed gangs belonging to the Saudi-backed Islah Party in the city of Taiz.

According to sources, the confrontations took place in Al-Darbeh neighborhood overlooking Jamal Street in the city center, where light and medium weapons were used.

Taiz city, which is under the control of Islah militants and the Saudi-led coalition, has seen massive security chaos and continuous violations of citizens’ rights.
