Islah militants kidnap STC’s senior leader in Shabwa

SHABWA, May 27 (YPA) – A senior leaders of the UAE-funded Southern Transitional Council (STC)’s militia was kidnapped on Thursday in Shabwa province.

According to local sources, the militants of the he Saudi-backed Islah Party kidnapped the leader Abdul Salam Mohammed Habtoor, at the security checkpoint located in Majaza area near Habban district.

According to the sources, the Islah gunmen seized the car of the commander Habtoor and drove him under the force of arms to Azzan Prison of the province.
