Any calls for stopping war without ending siege are fallacies: Yemeni diplomat
SANAA, March 26 (YPA) – A Yemeni diplomat confirmed on Friday that any political agreement with the Saudi-led coalition depends, first of all, on lifting the siege.
Ambassador Abdullah Sallam Al-Hakimi said, on his Twitter account, that “the military sea and air blockade must be lifted first unconditionally, as it is considered a crime of collective punishment against the people, and then come an agreement to stop the war and negotiate an honorable political solution.”
Al-Hakimi made it clear that without following these logical steps the calls for an end to the war and a political solution are “nothing more than fallacies.”
