30 megawatt of power plant out of service in Aden

ADEN, Feb. 19 (YPA) – Thirty megawatt of power plant in the southern Yemeni city of Aden were out of service on Friday, local sources said.

 According the Sources in the city’s electricity authority,  the failure to supply the Bajrash power plant with diesel fuel for the second day threatened the total shutdown of the plant.

 They pointed out that the power outage increased from two to three hours  in the  residential neighborhoods.

 The city of Aden is suffering from the collapse of all basic services, electricity, health and water, amid illusory promises from coalition leaders to the city’s residents after they took control of it in the second half of 2015.
