Sewage waters flood in Zinjibar city’s streets

ABYAN, Feb. 08 (YPA) – A blocked pipes network sent sewage flooding into homes and streets of Zinjibar city in Yemen’s southern province of Abyan on Monday, according to residents.

The citizens said that sewer line failure caused flooding of sewage and the spread in the city, which caused besieging dozens of homes and citizens for six days.

The residents blamed the Saudi-backed Hadi’s government full responsible for spreading epidemics and diseases in the city.

They indicated that sewage water has become a source of pollution, threatening a health and environmental disaster.
