US exemption of Trump’s decision is Ansarullah political victory: Yemeni Ambassador

SANAA, Jan. 25 (YPA) – The Yemeni Ansarullah movement achieved an unexpected political victory in the face of the American decision, according to the former Yemeni ambassador Abdullah Salam Al-Hakimi.

Al-Hakimi on Twitter said that the movement’s victory came because of the stupidity of the terrorist designation applicant, referring to Saudi Arabia and the former US president Trump.

He explained that the US Treasury’s decision to allow financial transactions to be conducted with Ansarullah movement in Yemen is a political victory.

Al-Hakimi added that the US Treasury’s decision would consider as a legitimate step to deal with the movement without any legal defects.

The US Treasury has frozen the designation decision imposed by the administration of former President Donald Trump against Ansar ullah in Yemen, for one month.
