Update: Yemen army downs reconnaissance plane of coalition in Hajjah

HAJJAH, May 21 (YPA) – Yemen’s army shot down on Sunday a spy drone of US-backed Saudi-led coalition in Hajjah province, a military official said, as this plane was the second of its kind downed by Yemen air defenses in less than a week.

The drone was downed in Jabal Al-Nar mountain in Haradh district.

On Wednesday, the Yemeni air defenses downed a spy drone in Monabih district of the neighboring northern Saada province.
