Cold wave hits most Yemeni provinces

SANAA, Nov. 11 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) announced on Wednesday that a cold wave would hit most the Yemeni provinces within the coming 24 hours.

The center expected that the wave would hit mountainous provinces of Amran, Ibb, Lahj, Abyan, Shabwa, Hadramout, Taiz, Sanaa, Dhamar, Bayda, Dhalea, as well as to parts of deserts and inland plateaus.

The NCM warned farmers and citizens, especially the elderly, children and patients of the cold weather during the night and early morning hours.
