Al-Hasani: A full-fledged Emirati occupation over Socotra

SOCOTRA, Nov. 10 (YPA) -Adel al-Hassani, a former detainee in UAE person and a leader in the so-called “Southern Resistance” reported on Tuesday witnessing an Emirati offical welcoming another official at the airport of Yemen’s occupied Socotra island.

Al-Hassani posted video footage showing the men exchanging talks and praising the occupation for the support of the airport.

This is a full-fledged occupation guarded by the Southern Transitional Council (STC)’s soldiers who brought the Emirates from outside the island with the promise of profits. Of course, the only thing the UAE occupation provided to the airport was only some chairs, he tweeted.

Al-Hasani was one of the most prominent leaders of the southern resistance. He was arrested and imprisoned in Bir Ahmed prison supervised by the UAE forces in Aden, Southern Yemen.
