Parliament Speaker congratulates Ugandan counterpart on National Day

SANAA, Oct. 9 (YPA) – Speaker of the Parliament Yahya al-Ra’i on Friday sent a cable of congratulation to Speaker of parliament of the Republic of Uganda, Rebecca A. Kadaga on the occasion of her  country’s National Day .
