Saudi Aramco raises domestic gasoline prices

SANAA, Aug 11 (YPA) – Saudi state television said, on Monday evening, that “Aramco” raised the domestic prices of gasoline for the month of August.

The company announced an increase in the price of its 95 and 91 gasoline starting on Tuesday, August 11th.

The company said in a statement that the price of gasoline 91 reached 1.43 riyals per liter from 1.29 riyals the previous month, while gasoline 95 rose from 1.44 riyals to 1.60 riyals.

The company explained that the domestic price of gasoline is reviewed on a monthly basis, in order to reduce the consumer’s vulnerability to fluctuations in export prices.
