One person killed, 2 wounded in explosion in Afghan capital

SANAA, Aug 11 (YPA) – The Afghan capital police announced on Tuesday the killing of at least one person, and the injury of two others, after an explosion targeting a bus in the city of “Kabul”.

The police said, “The explosion occurred in the” Khirkhana “area of” Kabul “city, and an investigation is underway to determine the causes and circumstances of the explosion.

Police did not refer to further details, and no party has yet claimed responsibility for the explosion.
