More than 30,000 active cases of COVID-19 reported in Israel

SANAA, July 22 (YPA) – For the first time since the epidemic began, the Israeli Occupation Entity’s Health Ministry announced that the number of active cases of Corona virus (COVID-19 ) has exceeded 30,000.

On Tuesday evening, 1,883 new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed, bringing the total to 53,559 cases, of which 30,488 were active.

The number of active cases increased by 10,000 in just one week.

Israel recorded 9 new deaths from the corona virus during the last day, bringing the death toll to 424.

In addition, the Ministry of Health reported an 8% increase in infection, with 27,299 tests conducted on Monday, including 1,854 positive cases.
