SANAA, July 19 (YPA) – The Yemeni riyal exchange rate on Sunday continued to recover in the capital, Sanaa, days after the exchange committee at the Central Bank of Yemen pumped foreign currencies into exchange houses, reaching 600 Yemeni riyals per dollar.
On another hand, the exchange rate of the riyal in the southern provinces suffers from fluctuation in its prices due to the tension between the so-called Southern Transitional Council and the Central Bank of Aden, as well as the arrival of a new batch of the funds printed without cover to the Central Bank of Mukalla in Hadramout province, to record 756 riyals per dollar in Aden province, and 750 riyals in Hadramout.
