HR Ministry condemns the targeting of citizen’s home in Azraqin

SANAA, May 11 (YPA) – The Ministry of Human Rights condemned the continuation of the US-backed Saudi coalition in the targeting of civilians and the latest bombing of the citizens’ homes in Azraqin area of Hamdan district, killing and wounding more than ten civilians in initial toll, according to Ministry statement received by Yemen Press  Agency on Friday. 

The ministry said that the ongoing of crimes committed by Saudi-led coalition in targeting civilians and the failure of the United Nations to do its duty towards them, are a serious indication of the complacency reached by the organs of the United Nations.

The Ministry renewed its call for the formation of an international commission to investigate of all crimes and violations that affect Yemenis on a daily basis, in order to strengthen accountability for perpetrators of war crimes.
