Britain renews its accusations to China over spread of Corona virus
SANAA, May 4 (YPA) – British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace said on Monday that there are questions that China must answer regarding information provided by the outbreak of the new Corona virus, but a detailed analysis of its role should be done at a later time.
In response to a question from the (LBC) radio station, whether China should answer questions about the speed with which the world was informed of the severity of the crisis, Wallace said, “I think so.”
According to Reuters, Wallace added, “The time for detailed analysis on this is after we have all put the situation under control and overlooked, and our economies return to normal activities.”
“China needs to be open and transparent about what it has fallen from, about its failures and also its success,” he added.
On Sunday, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo renewed the US campaign to hold China responsible for the new Corona outbreak, claiming that there was “an overwhelming number of evidence” that the source of the virus was a laboratory in Wuhan.
The “Wuhan Virology Institute”, which is subject to high security measures, described the accusations as “not possible.”
China has repeatedly denied secret any details related to the outbreak of the new Corona virus.
