Yemen’s President heads parliament extraordinary meeting

SANA, Jan 26 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council Saleh al-Sammad  on Thursday headed extraordinary meeting of the parliament.

In the meeting, the Parliament speaker Ali al-Raiee praised the role of the Parliament members “in confronting the Saudi-led aggression coalition war,  and highlighted the steadfastness of the Yemeni people.”

President al-Sammad stressed that the  parliamentary institution has remained an obstacle in the face of Saudi-led coalition forces. President al-Sammad stressed also on the importance of the Parliament’s role in the   establishment of the state of law and order.
