19 Saudi-led airstrikes hit Jawf, Marib provinces

JAWF, MARIB, April 8 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led coalition warplanes on Wednesday launched 19 airstrikes on two Yemeni provinces, a security official said.

According to the official, the coalition warplanes launched 15 airstrikes on Khub Washaef and Hazim districts in Jawf province, while four airstrikes were waged on Majazar district in Marib province.

On Tuesday, The Yemeni army spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e said that the Saudi-led coalition aggression launched nearly 300 airstrikes during the past seven days on a number of provinces, leaving civilians casualties.

He vowed an appropriate response to the crimes committed by Saudi-led coalition aircraft, which stepped up airstrikes on the Yemeni provinces.
