Civilian killed, four wounded in Saudi-led shelling attack in Taiz

TAIZ, April 2 (YPA) – The shelling attack launched by Saudi-led coalition militants has caused a new massacre against civilians in Taiz, in addition to several war crimes, since the beginning of the Saudi-led and US-backed Saudi-led led coalition war in March 2015.

“The mortar shelling hit citizens’ homes and farms in the Heifan district , causing five casualties, a security source in Taiz said.

The source stated that “one civilian was killed and four others were injured, in a mortar shell attack lunched by the forces of aggression on residential neighborhoods, homes and farms of citizens in the Heifan district.”

The security source condemned the “indiscriminate shelling on residential neighborhoods, homes and farms of citizens by coalition gunmen and deliberately causing more innocent civilian casualties.”
