5 persons sentenced to 25 years in jail for drug trafficking in Saada

SAADA, Dec. 25 (YPA) – The Criminal Court in Saada province on Wednesday sentenced five persons to 25 years in prison for drug possessing and trafficking.

The verdict also stipulated the confiscation of the drug, the means of transportation and the funds obtained from the crime.

The security services arrested the convicts along with a ton of narcotic hashish in their possession in Tukha area of Saada province on the 21st of August last year.
