STC accuses Saudi Arabia of supporting terrorist plans targeting Aden

ADEN, Dec. 1 (YPA) – The UAE-backed southern transitional council (STC) has accused Saudi forces of cooperating with terrorist groups and facilitating subversive actions of Islah Party and General Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar in the occupied province of Aden.

Ahmed al-Rubaizi, a leading member in the STC, said that Saudi-backed Islah party elements are taking Bayda, Shabwa and Marib provinces as a springboard for launching these terrorist attacks on Aden.

Southern leaders have strongly criticized the Saudi leadership and its forces in Aden, asking it to shoulder its responsibilities towards the military escalation and planning of General al-Ahmar and terrorist leaders of Islah party (Muslim Brotherhood) to carry out attacks targeting Aden.
