President al-Mashat meets Scholars Association’s member

SANAA, Nov. 19 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat on Tuesday met with member of the Yemeni Scholars Association Abdulmajeed al-Houth.

The meeting discussed the enlightening role played by scholars in educating society and immunizing it to face the soft war, and mobilizing efforts and energies to confront the aggression.

President al-Mashat stressed the importance of the scholars’ role in this critical stage that the country is going through in facing the greatest aggression against the Yemeni people.

Scholar Abdulmajid al-Houthi praised the important steps launched by the President in combating extortion and bribery, according to the national vision for building a modern state.
