SHABWAH, Oct. 27 (YPA) – Gunmen blew up a crude oil pipeline in Yemen’s eastern province of Shabwah at midnight on Sunday, in the second sabotage act in less than a month.
A source in the local authority in Shabwah province told Sputnik that gunmen blew up a crude oil pipeline in the east of al-Rawdah district, east of Shabwah, causing massive fire in the area.
“The pipeline transports crude oil from sector 4 of the Ayad oil fields in Jardan district to the oil port of al-Nushima in Radhoum district east of the province on the Arabian Sea,” he added.
